Privacy Policy

Naile Studio is Denise López's manicure and pedicure studio in West Palm Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect on nailestudio.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• When you book: your name, phone number, email (optional), any notes you leave us, and the services and time you choose.
• Card on file: processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only keep the brand, last 4 digits and expiration date to apply our cancellation policy.
• Technical data: your IP address for up to 24 hours, only to prevent abuse of the booking form, and a cookie that remembers your language.
• Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without data that identifies you. We do not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking tools.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, change or cancel your appointments.
• To text you about your appointments, if you agreed to it (see below).
• To charge according to our cancellation and no-show policy, when it applies.
• To answer your questions.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send you marketing messages.

Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you check the notifications box when booking. Messages are about your appointments: request received, confirmation, time changes and a reminder the day before. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Details in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

Only the providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payments and card on file), Twilio (text message delivery), Vercel (website hosting and visit statistics) and Neon (database). We may also share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

While you are a client and for the reasonable time we need for business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

• Request a copy, correct or delete your information: text us at 561-876-3863.
• Stop receiving messages: reply STOP to any of our messages.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
